iCRM is a full-scale real estate CRM and operations platform built for F&C Properties to centralize lead management, property listings, team workflows, communications, reporting, HR, finance, and account security in one internal dashboard. The platform supports off-plan and secondary leads, inventory management, landlord/property records, call and WhatsApp history, email inbox, calendars, tasks, employee attendance, leave management, closed deals, and role-based access control.

The Challenges

Connecting Sales, Teams & Operations

A growing real estate business needs more than lead tracking. F&C Properties required a secure internal platform where agents, managers, HR, finance, and administrators could work from a shared source of truth. The challenge was to connect scattered workflows such as lead assignment, listing publication, follow-ups, conversations, attendance, reporting, and permissions without slowing down daily operations.

The Solution

A Role-Based CRM Platform Built for Real Estate Teams

We built a modular CRM frontend with secure authentication, protected routes, permission-based module access, and dedicated workspaces for leads, listings, conversations, reports, tasks, HR, finance, and settings. The system includes list, kanban, calendar, and map-style workflows, real-time notifications, multilingual support, theme switching, Google Maps integration, document handling, import/export flows, and detailed operational reporting.
