GTM Portal is a Go-To-Market management SPA built for Arrowster to help marketing teams plan, execute, and measure influencer-driven content campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The platform manages the full content workflow from region setup and creator onboarding to script distribution, post tracking, allocation, and performance analytics.

Managing Multi-Region Influencer Campaigns

The system needed to support a complex campaign hierarchy, multiple role tiers, influencer recruitment workflows, distribution planning, and real-time performance tracking without duplicating routes or creating fragmented admin experiences.

Key challenges included role-aware navigation, concurrent token refresh handling, stale list data after mutations, backend media URL resolution, Django REST error normalization, incomplete CRM-driven metrics, Tailwind dynamic class purging, and preserving distribution wizard state across multiple steps.

Unified Campaign Operations Platform

We built a Vue 3 and TypeScript single-page application with unified dashboard routing, permission-based navigation, and role-filtered access for Super Admin, Admin, and Owner users. The platform centralizes region, district, location, group, batch, influencer, allocation, distribution, and post management workflows into a cohesive interface.

To ensure scalability and reliability, we implemented a single-flight JWT refresh mechanism, stale-while-revalidate caching, centralized API utilities, media URL resolution, and normalized backend validation handling. The system also includes a guided three-step distribution wizard and analytics dashboards with platform, country, and date-based performance insights, while gracefully handling unavailable CRM metrics.
